References to Jakub Zajíc

I had the opportunity to work with Jakub during three days of humanitarian aid following the floods in Northern Moravia. For two weeks, Jakub was dedicated to coordinating volunteers – organizing their training, assigning them to field work, and at the same time leading a team of other coordinators. He did all of this in his free time as a volunteer, with incredible dedication and professionalism.

His ability to respond quickly to crisis situations, manage a team effectively, and maintain a clear overview even under demanding conditions was admirable. Thanks to him, the relief efforts were organized and efficient.

Jakub is someone you can rely on, and his approach is an example of true leadership in practice.
